　　THIS IS A FLEX/HYBRID ROLE FOR THE TEXAS OR CHICAGO HEADQUARTERS. IT IS NOT A TELECOMMUTER POSITION

　　KNOWLEDGE OF DELEGATION OVERSIGHT, REGULATORY STANDARDS AND EXCEL (PIVOT TABLE, DATA ANALYSIS) IS A MUST FOR THIS POSITION

　　Job Purpose:

　　This position is responsible for creating, managing and reporting processes designed to monitor and evaluate activities and functions delegated to contracted, delegated entities and vendors for assigned products and business lines according to all corporate and regulatory/accreditation requirements and standards. Ability to travel (up to 30-40%).

　　Required Job Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree in Business or Medical OR 4 or more years' experience in a managed care environment.

　　4 years' experience in directly performing delegated oversight activities.

　　Project Management skills and experience.

　　Knowledge of regulatory/accreditation requirements and standards (TDI, NCQA, URAC, etc).

　　Verbal and written communication skills.

　　PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

　　Ability to travel (up to 20-30 %) within Texas and Illinois, and minimal travel outside of both States.

　　Preferred Job Qualifications:

　　College level courses or certification in project management.
