　　Position Summary: 

　　Responsible for the coordination of the daily operations of the Adult Training Facility (ATF) by adhering to 2380 and Chapter 11 regulations and Agency policy and procedures. Assists the Supervisor with assigned tasks and coordinates the operation of the ATF in the absence of the Supervisor.

　　This part-time position works Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 2:15pm with weekends and holidays off!

　　QUALIFICATIONS:

　　Required:

　　• High School Diploma/GED and 2 years' experience in the human services field.

　　• Skills to work with aging adults and adults with functional impairment.

　　• Possess a valid driver's license which legally permits operating a motor vehicle in Pennsylvania.

　　• Obtain and maintain certification in Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI).

　　• First aid and CPR certified.

　　Preferred:

　　• Association of Community Rehabilitation Educators Certificate (ACRE).

　　• Certified Employment Support Professional (CESP).

　　• Associates Degree and six months to one year experience.

　　• Bachelor's Degree.

　　• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word and Outlook preferred.
