　　To support the fast growth and manage the massive content on the platform, TikTok's infrastructure team is building hyper-scale datacenters globally that host hundreds of thousands of servers. The technical project manager will work closely with our engineering, capacity planning, data center delivery and operations team, represent TikTok in certain markets, collaborate with local suppliers and community to drive successful execution of strategic initiatives, including and not limited to data center infrastructure development, energy and sustainability initiatives and community activities. Additionally, the successful candidate will function as TikTok's local community representative, supporting the Government relations team in outreach to the municipality, business sector and civil society.

　　Travel: Domestic and international 0%- 30%.

　　Responsibilities:

　　- Understand business need from cross-functional team, engage and bring qualified suppliers onboard and drive end to end procurement process, including source, negotiate and execute contracts, monitor project deliverables and key milestones, and manage supplier contractual obligations/violations.

　　- Provide the procurement solutions / practices, including portfolio management, total cost analysis, risk assessment, project timing forecast to internal and external stakeholders.

　　- Build constructive and sustainable partnerships with key business stakeholders and establish category intelligence to keep up with the market and technology development .

　　- Manage a variety of complex, cross-functional programs and lead all aspects of assigned programs delivery.

　　- Manage supplier portfolio and develop long-term procurement strategy to support global projects.

　　Qualifications

　　- Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or other relevant fields; Master's degree or MBA preferred.

　　- At least 3+ years of relevant professional experience in tech infrastructure procurement, supply chain management, construction or facility management.

　　- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

　　- Organizational, coordination and project management with proven experience leading complex initiatives to successful completion in a timely manner

　　- Excellent communication skills and capable of interpreting customer needs

　　- In-depth knowledge with data center solutions is preferred
