　　The ServiceNow Technician III is a highly skilled professional supporting and maintaining the ServiceNow platform within an organization. They have extensive knowledge and experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration. They troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and implement solutions to enhance system performance and functionality. They collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and provide training and support to end users. They play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the ServiceNow platform and meeting the organization's IT service management needs. The ServiceNow Technician III is a senior-level expert in the ServiceNow platform. The ServiceNow Technician III supervises and mentors subordinate project and Team ManTech staff.

　　Minimum Qualifications

　　9+ years of experience

　　Bachelors Degree in related discipline (candidate holding a relevant Master’s degree may be granted 2 years’ experience credit for that extra education. A candidate holding a relevant PhD degree may be granted 4 years’ experience credit)

　　High School Diploma + 13 years of experience will also be considered

　　Active Secret clearance

　　4+ years of experience in position-relevant tasks

　　Desired Qualifications

　　Advanced ServiceNow Certification

　　5 years of position-specific relevant experience

　　Physical Requirements:

　　Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%

　　Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

　　Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer

　　Frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
