Telecommuting permitted up to 40% of the week.DUTIES: Constructing a data environment that enables cross-business, customer-centric decision making and reporting needs across CCB in a consistent framework. Creating an ecosystem of dashboards, sourced from authoritative data sources, to replace all manual management reporting and to allow our employees to focus on generating actionable insights. Eliminating user tools, saving time, and increasing ability to generate insights through data, dashboards, and developing new capabilities. Responsible for development of data visualizations and dashboards in Tableau, and ad-hoc analytics and support of our business partners to accomplish this mission. Supporting and managing Business Intelligence reporting. Driving the set up and production of dashboards measuring KPIs across Lines of Business (LOBs) within the firm. Driving innovation with LOB stakeholders during agile development sessions to create and improve dashboards leveraging newly on-boarded data sources. Querying and merging information from diverse data sources to create rich datasets and reports that enable informed business decisions. Analyzing data using tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, and SQL to develop and automate reports or analysis that lead to actionable business insights. Working with other Analytics teams to summarize and synthesize data and present recommendations to the businesses in a clear and logical manner. Multi-tasking ongoing development of existing platforms by partnering with the business to identify needs, define new data sets, conduct technical testing, and effect launch support including training of new users. Responsible for automation of new and existing processes. Keeping abreast of analytics trends and providing recommendations for testing new and emerging technology. Supporting the ongoing technology evaluation process and proof of concept projects.REQUIREMENTS: Master's degree in Information and Telecommunication Systems, Computer Science , Management Information Systems, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field of study plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or as Data Visualization, Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, Strategic Analyst, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Information and Telecommunication Systems, Computer Science , Management Information Systems, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Data Visualization, Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, Strategic Analyst, or related occupation.
