　　As a Data Project Manager, you will drive and support the delivery of large and complex initiatives via agile methodology and will be expected to share your experienced perspective. Your scope will include a range of projects across the CG Enterprise - inclusive of business, process, data, technology and organizational change efforts. You will ensure outcomes for the projects are clear, executive support exists for our initiatives, effective prioritization is being applied, work is sequenced properly, and key accountabilities are understood and adopted. You will partner with business leaders, Data & Technology partners, and Enterprise Change Office colleagues to deliver results.

　　Southern California Base Salary Range: $140,995-$225,592

　　In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
