The DMO Lead is responsible for managing teams of agile delivery professionals and portfolio managers to ensure timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality project completion. This role has the critical responsibility of leading the development of a cohesive team and enacting best practices for project management. The DMO Lead acts as key business partner, aligning strategic initiatives across Enterprise Data & Insights org. This role provides guidance on project management methodologies and ensures compliance with company policies. The role includes serving as an escalation point for managing and mitigating project risks, overseeing project intake and prioritization, and lading resource allocation based on current and emerging business needs. Success in this role requires the DMO Lead to ensure the delivery of on-time, high-quality, and accurate data management services to the business, while building relationships with stakeholders across the organization to support business goals.
