Contract Duration: 3 Months

Required Skills Experience

7+ years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

Business Analysis, Complex Data Analysis, Data Integration, Data Mapping, Metadata, SQL/Teradata, Agile Environment, Data Governance, Data interpretation and analysis, Data Lineage

Candidate must have experience in the areas of requirements gathering, data analysis and data governance.

Needs to be a self-starter who has led requirements sessions. Ideal candidate will be someone who has a strong understanding of the requirements analysis lifecycle, Data analysis, data governance, Financial experience and strong foundational RDBMS expertise.

The emphasis is on business and data analysis, as opposed to a technology skillset (developers, DBS, etc.).

Experience writing business requirements as JIRA stories, Agile Scrum Kanban environments

Strong data profiling and data analytics

Strong SQL writing experience (joins, unions etc)

What You Will Be Doing

Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Data Management.

Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking.

Provide expertise to the company's senior leadership on innovative Data Management business solutions

Strategically engage with the company’s personnel.

Additional responsibilities may include data management, data lineage/metadata, data controls data checks; experience in data control governance; data defect/issue/deficiency remediation; documenting data flows/process flows.

Work effort coordination/management experience, current process assessment and improvement experience.
