* Position Description: Data Entry Team Lead *
Under the direction of the Independent Dispute Resolution Entity (IDRE) Project Manager or his/her designee, the Data Entry Team Lead provides day-to-day supervision of Data Entry Clerk and communicates clear instructions and direction to help them achieve program goals In addition to supervision, the Data Entry Team Lead performs the duties of an Data Entry Clerk for timely and accurate case specific data entry into government systems and portal.
Understand and represent PRI's mission, vision, and values to all internal and external customersMonitor team to ensure productivity standards, goals and objectives are metCoordinate with Eligibility and Payment Determination Team Leads for knowledge sharingEnsuring a productive, professional and positive work environment is presentAccurately enters and updates data into database systems, systems of record, workbooks, and other documents as requiredVerify and validate data to ensure completeness and accuracyMaintain confidentiality and adhere to physical and data security protocolsDemonstrates skill and experience in the submission of timely, accurate deliverables. Requires 98% accuracy and 100% timelinessEngage clients internal and external in appropriate communication that manages expectations and builds collaborative relationshipsEnsure timeliness of deliverables to exceed contractual obligationsInteract with project team members in order to successfully fulfill contract obligations with the highest quality and in a timely manner meeting PRITM 's ISO requirementsInstills integrity throughout the organization via active participation in ISO requirements including but not limited to timely submission of Corrective Action Plans for all matters in which either PRITM standards and/or corporate contract standards have not been met. Communicates outcomes to team members to ensure a positive, open, environment which mitigates risk and achieves a culture of Continuous Quality ImprovementContributes to business development efforts through exceptional communications, timely, accurate determinations, documentation and professional communicationsPerform other duties as requestedRequirements:
High school diploma or equivalentPrior experience managing a teamExcellent computer and typing skillsPosition requires high concentration and focusExcellent organizational skills; ability to plan, prioritize and achieve daily goalsExcellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)Basic understanding of databasesExcellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entryAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsReliable and trustworthy; Integrity is requiredAbility to contribute to and work effectively within a team environmentAbility to interface with management and contract staff personnelAbility to be discrete and maintain confidentialityMust have no conflict of interest (COI) as defined in 1154(b)(1) of the Social Security Act (SSA)Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Government Security ClearancePreference will be given to those individuals where their primary residency is located in a qualified HUBZone (http://map.sba.gov/hubzone/maps/)
