Description

2+ month assignment for a data entry specialist to work on-site with our client in Dalton, Georgia. This role is in the service industry and will involve transitioning paperwork into a new digital system. The workplace setting is office-based and the individual will be part of a team working to ensure smooth transition of data from paper to digital form.

Responsibilities:

• Enter data from paper work orders into the new digital system accurately

• Utilize 10 Key skills to ensure swift and precise data entry

• Provide customer service by addressing and resolving customer inquiries

• Maintain and update customer records in the new system

• Conduct regular checks on customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary

• Use Microsoft Excel for data analysis and report generation

• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth transition of data

• Monitor and report on the progress of the transition

• Ensure accuracy of data entered into the system

• Assist in troubleshooting and problem-solving related to data entry and customer accounts.

Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role

• Proficient in 10 Key Skills

• Excellent customer service skills

• Demonstrated ability in data entry

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Attention to detail and accuracy in work

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• High school diploma or equivalent education level required

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
