Description

　　We're looking for a Bilingual (Spanish) Data Entry Specialist candidates who are data-driven experts with great attention to detail. This Data Entry Specialist would be based in the Houston, Texas area and operate on a long-term contract / temporary basis. Robert Half has a new job opening, for candidates who are highly-skilled and motivated, with intermediate experience in QuickBooks and proficiency in database management. You will succeed in this position if you have quick and accurate typing skills, and impeccable organization.

　　Key responsibilities

　　Methodically review completed work, checking for computation errors or duplicate values before submitting the final product

　　Investigate reports and sheets of data

　　Assist with tax documents on a company and personal level.

　　Assist with answering a high volume of incoming phone calls.

　　Enter correct and accurate information into the system.

　　Submit information into spreadsheets, databases and customer relationship management systems

　　Requirements

　　Quickbooks Online experience required, with an understanding of the QuickBooks software as a whole.

　　Solid understanding of data entry

　　Proven knowledge of Document Scanning

　　Receptionist Duties experience highly desired

　　Computer Data Entry experience required

　　Consistent typing accuracy

　　Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills

　　2+ years of related experience

　　Ability to multitask, collaborate and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds in a fast-paced environment
