Job Description: This would be more of a lead role to create a data solution and visualization for scorecards (this would be a scorecard of the agents in regards to their quality matrix, capabilities etc.) for "Client "Rx. They are also moving to the cloud. Would need a data engineer with cloud exp. And ability to lead others. Key Responsibilities: Doing a bit of strategic thinking, scorecard work in the delivery space. Home delivery pharmacy front end. Seeking expert that can help employee reporting space of the business. We manage large data assets. One thing they are a data engineer and familiarity with large sets of data, exp creating BI layers solutions/data solutions. Need to be a super expert in data engineer space and reverse engineer in the space today to be able to be rewrote and into the cloud. Visibility is high in this space. Someone that is responsive and tentative. Support roughly 1500 employees, helps support value compensations bonuses, annual reviews, critical part of the business. Tools: Legacy solutions, SQL server-strong, cloud perspective use azure delta lakes, data bricks, snowflake. Essentially for this role as well. Customer facing, communication skills- high, solid in documentation. A ninja of a communicator. Needs to be able to translate requirement into technical requirements- core skills and doesn't have enough on her team to help step in a fill those shoes. Tech maturity at least 5 years exp as a senior engineer. Required Basic Qualifications: This person would be doing strategic thinking around data. What does the data look like? Manager leads home delivery pharmacy. They manage large data assets. Looking for more of a data engineer- need to be able to interact with large sets of data, creating layer BI solutions, need to be able to reverse solution so that it can be written correctly for the cloud. This space has high visibility- needs to be responsive, super attentive. Area supports 1500 employees. Data work supports end of year reviews, bonuses, etc. Tech stack: SQL, Snowflake, Azure Delta Lakes, Databricks Need someone who is customer facing, solid documentation skills as they interface with internal customers. Ninja communicator. Need to be able to translate bus req into tech reqs- one of the bigger gaps on her team at the moment. Experience- 5+ years in a big data engineer as a Senior Engineer Compensation: Hourly W2 pay rate $60.00-$65.00 We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
