Description:

　　We are looking for a Data Engineer to join our Machine Learning, AI, Post Quantum Cryptography, Big Data group within the Cyber Security organization. We are focused on standing up an on prem data lake within Cloudera to better secure our data before we move to the public cloud.

　　Day to day:

　　Working out of Jira, feature that says complete this used cases, business requirements document that goes along with it, not a clearly defined ticket, do leg work, work with the team and what they are doing

　　Production support part of it too they will deal with

　　Planning deployments, shipping code to production once a month/ when they need too

　　Skills:

　　Data, GCP, PySpark, Hadoop, Cloudera, Airflow, Data warehouse, Python

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　Experience working directly with information security datasets, metrics, and reporting is

　　Strong understanding of Information Security domains such as DLP, IAM, and vulnerability management

　　.Ability to translate a logical model into a physical model, adding appropriate physical objects needed to create the database e.g. indexes

　　.Experience maintaining a model repository, along with enforcing logical model versioning, tied to physical schema evolution

　　.Ability to synchronize models to ensure that database structures match models

　　.Familiar with metadata ingestion and translation

　　.Excellent presentation, communication, and organizational skills

　　.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
