JOB REQUIREMENTS: Genesis10 is currently seeking a Product SafetySystems Data Migration Specialist with our client. This is a 11 month +contract and 100% remote position. Summary: The Product Safety SystemsData Migration Specialist supports Product Safety through all phases ofProject Aurora. The successful candidate will possess the ability toevaluate varied AS IS Product Safety Environmental Health and SafetySpecifications against data standards and collaborate to determine thebest path to migrate data to future state S/4 HANA storage systems. Theincumbent reports to the Product Safety Management Systems AURORAProcess Owner. The Product Safety Systems Data Migration Specialist willselect, prepare, extract, and transform existing SAP EHS specificationdata to support the future state Product Safety record structures inscope of Project Aurora. Primary scope includes SAP EHS specifications(PURESUB, REALSUB, VARIANT, SKU), BOM / compositions, supportingdocumentation, rule sets and WWI report activities. Responsibilities:Execute evaluation of AS IS Global Product Safety & Medical ScientificAffairs specifications are compliant with SAP Environmental Health andSafety Data Requirements as outlined in the SAP EHS Manual. Executein-scope data remediation efforts to close record gaps prior to datamigration. Partner with business teams to ensure specification databaseis appropriately reflective of active and obsolete specifications perSKU lists. Develop executional plans, milestones, and progress reportsto communicate status of data remediation efforts. Participate inbusiness process data migration definition meetings and system interfacetemplates with Process Lead as required to support data extraction.Prepare and deliver data transfer templates in partnership with theDigital Technology Solutions Team according to project milestones. Workwith cross functional and intradepartmental stakeholders to develop andexecute data migration activities for PLM and EHS processes. Support thedevelopment of data validation planning. Execute data validation planspost migration in the S/4 HANA EHS platform and communicate data errorsto the Digital Technology Solutions and programming teams per definedescalations procedures. Support the development of standardizeddocumentation for record creation in the S/4 HANA EHS platform asrequested by AURORA project team members.
