　　SMX is seeking a Data Center Engineer (Cloud & On-Prem) . The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing, documenting, and installing innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of our organization and its clients. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, creative problem-solving, and effective communication skills.

　　Responsibilities

　　Attend requirements gathering meetings and document customer requirements.

　　Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective application solutions.

　　Design scalable and efficient solutions that align with industry best practices and standards.

　　Create technical documentation for developed solutions, including system architecture, data flow diagrams, and user guides.

　　Communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

　　Lead the installation and configuration of application solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

　　Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues, working closely with support teams when necessary.

　　Provide hands-on support during the implementation phase to ensure successful deployment.

　　Collaborate with software developers, system architects, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall system architecture and strategic goals.

　　Participate in cross-functional team meetings to gather insights, share progress, and contribute to continuous improvement.

　　Conduct thorough testing of potential solutions to identify and address any issues before deployment.

　　Proven experience in designing and implementing effective solutions.

　　Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.

　　Required Skills and Experience

　　The selected applicant must have DoD 8570/5239 IAT Level II Certification (Security + CE equivalent, or greater), and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

　　Secret clearance (eligible for upgrade to Top Secret)
