　　The Data Analytics Specialist II analyzes complex datasets and provides insights to support decision-making for the organization. They use their advanced analytical skills to gather, organize, visualize, and interpret data from various sources. This position requires a deep understanding of data analysis techniques and tools, as well as the ability to communicate complex data analysis concepts and findings with stakeholders. They are guided and mentored by senior-level Data Analytics Specialists and assist Junior Analytics Specialists, where appropriate. The Data Analytics Specialist II takes direction from more senior personnel.

　　Minimum Qualifications

　　4+ years of experience

　　Bachelors Degree in related discipline (candidate holding a relevant Master’s degree may be granted 2 years’ experience credit for that extra education. A candidate holding a relevant PhD degree may be granted 4 years’ experience credit)

　　High School Diploma + 8 years of experience will also be considered

　　Active Top Secret clearance

　　DoD 8570.01-m IAT Level II Certification

　　Desired Qualifications

　　Bachelor's degree in Software Development

　　4 years of experience in an Agile development environment

　　Physical Requirements:

　　Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%

　　Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

　　Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer

　　Frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
