Description

　　As a key member of our software development team, the Data Analyst helps optimize trading activity by leveraging their understanding of business needs and technical acumen. Ideal candidates are passionate about technology, development, and transforming data into a competitive edge.

　　The position requires a solid understanding of data integration, analytical skills for identifying data relevance and anomalies, and experience with ETL/ELT pipelines for data transformation and loading into a data warehouse. Crucially, candidates must have experience with PowerBI and SQL.

　　The Data Analyst is expected to facilitate efficient data gathering and processing, extract meaningful insights through data analysis, and develop user-friendly PowerBI tools that simplify complex data. Also, practical understanding of SQL will facilitate data import/export discussions and ensure accurate communication of users' requirements.

　　Other responsibilities include bridging technical aspects with user needs, producing clear documentation of processes, providing user support, and representing the team in Change Management discussions.

　　At least 2+ years in a software development team and 4+ years in developing data solutions are preferred. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in a field linked to data analysis, such as Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or Computer Science. Abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and enhance workflows are also essential.
