　　Job Description:

　　Data Engineers are you interested in increasing your market value with a government clearance? Parsons can help! We are hiring talented Data Analysis Engineers to join our team and we will put you in for a government clearance!! In this role you will be working to access and connect to data, apply data management concepts, and apply UX/UI concepts to the creation of visualizations.

　　What You'll Be Doing:

　　Work directly with the USSOUTHCOM Office of the Chief Data Officer to enhance and standardize data connection, collection, and visualization.

　　Integrated data from multiple sources and structure that data to tell a coherent story.

　　Communicate complex information, concepts, or ideas in a confident and well-organized manner through verbal, written, and/or visual means.

　　Training on the Advana Platform will be provided to enable utilization of the associated toolsets to create, manage, and standardize visualizations across the command.

　　What Required Skills You'll Bring:

　　Experience with query languages such as SQL (structured query language).

　　Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, STATA SAS, SPSS).

　　Experience applying User Interface and User experience (UX/UI) concepts to data display development.

　　Bachelor's degree in engineering or an equivalent technical/scientific discipline degree related to area of specialty

　　4+ Years Experience managing organizational level data systems

　　Ability to acquire a government security clearance which requires US citizenship

　　What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

　　Knowledge of specific operational impacts of cybersecurity lapses.

　　Knowledge of cyber threats and vulnerabilities.

　　Knowledge of cybersecurity principles.

　　Knowledge of national and international laws, regulations, policies, and ethics as they relate to cybersecurity and data management.

　　Knowledge of data mining and data warehousing principles.

　　Familiarity with the Booz Allen (BAH) developed ADVANA platform.

　　$81,500.00 - $161,400.00
