In this role you will be responsible for reviewing inventory inquiries including mis-slots and quality concerns, coordinating and helping to develop inventory policies and procedures; as well as, supporting inventory projects and programs to ensure accuracy and in compliance with service levels.Some of what you will do:Track and maintain SOX compliance relative to 3rd Party audit & Company standardsSchedules and coordinates all physical inventories and cycle counts including date checksPrepares physical inventory recaps on a timely basis for distribution to managementReviews and develops inventory control procedures as appropriateIdentifies and resolves all internal shrink problemsMonitor warehouse outs including daily reports to include: Daily Inventory Change, Negative Inventory, Daily Inventory Evaluation, Building MW676 Tolerance Report, Display MW676 Tolerance Report and other inventory related reports and take any necessary corrective action in order to maintain high service levelsMonitors quarterly parts and supply inventories to ensure accuracyMaintains record retention program in compliance with corporate guidelines and policiesPerform basic slotting functions as neededResearches mis-slots and quality issues, verifies pick slots and back stock verificationPerform duties in accordance with Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) and Safe Quality Food (SQF) policies and procedures, as appropriate for locationPerforms other relevant job duties as requiredTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
