ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Applies the Westfield BankService and Sales Process during customer interaction to acquire andenhance customer relationship. Adheres to established Westfield Bankcustomer service standards. Provides information regarding bank productsto all potential customers both retail and commercial. Meet assignedsales goals through the sale of bank products and services to meetcustomers banking needs. Opens new accounts and performs account andperson maintenance as needed. Obtains NMLS to take home equity loans orline applications and serve as a liaison between the customer and LoanOperations until loan closes. Resolves customer problems as they arise.Answer inquiries, accept applications and close consumer loans. Assistcustomers with Safe Deposit. Become Notary Public if required. Mustcomplete BSA, AML, and other Regulatory and Continuing Education asassigned. Must adhere to all bank and regulatory policies and proceduresspecific to position. Performs additional duties as requested.
