About Customer Support Representative

  Excellent career opportunity.  Candiidate will play an intregral role in the daily support and service to their customer base.  The position requires the ability to focus on resolving issues promptly while maintanining exceptional communication and service standards.  Previous IT experience a MUST plus proficiency in using remote access tools and Miscrosft Applications,  Must be a quick learner with a focus on efficiency; strong troubleshooting skills, and excellent multi-taking skills.  Candidates must also possess a positive attitude, enthusiasm and creativity.  Prefer an Associate Degree or 2-3 yrs. of related experience.

  Candidate must be able to pass pre employment durg scrreen and background check.
