Description We have an excellent opportunity for a motivated Customer Success Specialist! If you are a customer service professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about optimizing client experiences and elevating customer relationships, then we have the position for you. This role involves managing customer relationships, working in a high-volume environment, and helping maximize the customer experience to help drive loyalty and increase revenue.
Your responsibilities in this role
Develop, track, and analyze customer satisfaction metrics
Promote customer retention, acquisition, and loyalty
Implement and design strategies to improve the customer experience
Train/coach customer-facing staff to improve customer service and loyalty
Dive into complex issues and problems
Provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment via phone and/or email correspondence Requirements - Familiarity with call-tracking and being held accountable to KPIs
Strong computer skills including knowledge and experience with customer relationship management software (CRM)
Prior customer service/call-center experience, preferably in a fast-paced & high-volume environment
Superb analytical, research, and interpersonal skills
Excellent business writing skills, including the use of email correspondence
