Due to a recent internal promotion, we are in pursuit for a first-class Customer Services & Operations Agent or what we call a Rental Operations Agent to join our supportive, friendly and caring team!

　　Part-time roles available - 20 hours per week Christchurch CBD based (150 Kilmore St) Entry level role with training provided

　　About the Role

　　From our customer counter you will greet and interact with customers, market products and services and complete rental transactions, contracts and bookings.

　　To ensure our customers always get the best experience, you will also be required to inspect vehicles for damages and assist with the cleaning of our vehicles from time to time.

　　What we are looking for:

　　Full, clean, valid class 1 driver's licence is essential for this role Previous experience within retail, hospitality, customer service or similar roles Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivery exceptional customer service Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information (training will be provided) Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards.

　　We operate 7 days a week, Monday to Sunday from 07:30 am to 6 pm each day and we are looking for someone who can work on20-hours per week during our operating hours that may include early mornings, evenings and weekends as required.
