  JOB REQUIREMENTS: Location: Green Bay, WI Shift: 1st Shift Work model:Hybrid Schedule: Full-time; Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Joboverview: Schneider is seeking a Customer Service Team Lead in Green Bayto be responsible for handling all customer-facing processes, systemsand equipment used for daily operations. The Customer Service Team Leadwill also resolve problems, build solid working relationships and manageescalations involving Schneider\'s customers. Responsibilities: Provideprocess and technology training to other team members. Work with teamsacross the organization to analyze and optimize business processes.Effectively communicate with internal and external customers. Act as theteam lead and subject matter expert for problem resolution andescalation processes. Provide support and back up to the CustomerService Manager. Skills and qualifications: Associate degree preferred.Two years of customer service experience preferred. Have strong writtenand oral communication skills. Able to manage multiple priorities. Payand benefits: Additional \$1.25 per hour on second and third shift,\$2.00 per hour on weekends.
