　　Create and maintain reports essential to the functioning of the Parts Sales department.

　　Address and resolve dealer questions, issues, or concerns promptly.

　　Collaborate with Sales and Service departments to assist dealers/customers effectively.

　　Receive dealer orders through various communication channels.

　　Review completed orders for accuracy and detail (quantity, delivery dates, item numbers, special notes).

　　Follow up with customers via email and outbound calls

　　Handle 80 inbound calls per shift
