About Customer Service Representatives/Part Time - Remote

  We're Sutherland, and we now seek friendly, action-oriented individuals to handle inbound customer calls as well as manage outbound follow-up calls as part of our Insurance (property & casualty) team. In this position, you will support people calling with questions about our customer's products and services; provide basic policy information; transfer calls to the correct team when escalation is required, and handle other related duties as needed.

  Description

  This is a work from home, part time position that will require up t0 30 hours per week. You will be scheduled Monday- Friday, with shifts starting at 10AM or noon.

  We offer:

  Competitive pay of $17/hourOpportunity for full time work (if you want it!). You can apply to other jobs after just six months in the role.

  We will provide equipment, however to work from home, you must have:

  Excellent Internet connectivity:Internet access speeds of 10 Mbps upload and 50 Mbps download - the faster the better!In-house network, and a hard-wired Internet connection capable of continuously supporting outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates. (wireless and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with our systems)A quiet and distraction-free, secure place to work.

  Qualifications

  2+ years of Customer Service experience is preferred; Call Center Experience a plusHigh school diploma or GEDHigh level of accuracy when completing tasksProficient PC skills with typing of 30+ WPMStrong communication, time management and interpersonal skills
