　　Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, asneeded.Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service caninclude responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability,eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claimsubmissions, and billing clarification.Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, andmarket appropriate products and services.Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success eachand every day.Requirements

　　Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative,retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.Excellent interpersonal skillsExcellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening.Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play inhelping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from theunexpected, and realize their dreams.People-orientedOrganizational skillsSelf-motivatedProactive in problem solving.Dedicated to customer service.Able to learn computer functions.Experience in a variety of computer applications, particularlyWindowsPride in getting work done accurately and timely.Ability to work in a team environment.Ability to multi-taskBilingual - Spanish preferredProperty and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
