About Customer Service Representative (m/w/d) Reklamations- und Dispute Bearbeitung (befristet)

Die Position ist bis zum 31.12.2025 befristet und umfasst den Schwerpunkt Auftragsbearbeitung, Reklamationsbearbeitung, Unterstützung der Kundenserviceteams bei Bearbeitung von verschiedenen Kundenanfragen

Dazu gehören unter anderem ebenfalls:

Erstellung von Gutschriften / Neuberechnungen

Bearbeitung von Preisdifferenzen

Auftragserfassung
