ResponsibilitiesMust be able to work evenings and on callManaging inbound 800 line customer calls for sales, services, employment, complaints, and general problem solvingIdentify from a social/physical needs aspect the situation and needs of the individualProvide customers with product and service information; obtain customer information, and customer leadsFacilitating outbound calls to connect callers with proper Company resources and Company branchesAccountable for the successful handling of all inbound and outbound call activities and driving call leads to branch home conference and branch saleResearching care related solutions for customersIdentify and escalate priority issuesDocumenting all interactions and following up on customer needsComplete call logs and call reportsProvide leadership/ coaching to Customer Service Center RepresentativesReview Respect Care Service Center calls for quality check and feedbackProvide detailed reporting to leadership as requestedOther duties as assignedQualificationsOutstanding verbal and written communication skills and etiquette via phone and emailProfessional Customer Service skills with basic sales, building rapport, and problem solving experienceHigh energy, good memory, and able to multitask effectivelyStructured organizational skillsAbility to adapt and prioritize in a fast paced, dynamic work environmentComputer skills including working in Word, Excel, and databasesGood listening skills and attention to detailDetail oriented, able to successfully manage multiple projectsAvailable to work varying shifts as neededAbout our Line of BusinessBrightSpring Health Services provides complementary and integrated home- and community-based pharmacy and health solutions for complex populations in need of specialized and/or chronic care.
