Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative in Bakersfield, California. The role will involve setting up banners at various locations and documenting the process through photographs. The role will also involve handling customer queries and maintaining accurate customer records. This role is a short-term contract position.

Responsibilities:

• Documenting the setup process through photographs.

• Answering inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries.

• Providing superior customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Entering customer data and order entries into the system.

• Scheduling appointments as per customer requirements.

• Using Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation and record-keeping.

• Handling email correspondence with customers effectively.

• Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action as needed.

• Ensuring the setup location is ready for use and maintained properly.

Requirements • Must be proficient in answering inbound calls and providing superior customer service

• Previous experience in a call center customer service role is preferred

• Capable of conducting data entry tasks with precision and accuracy

• Skilled in email correspondence, ensuring clear and professional communication

• Experience handling both inbound and outbound calls

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is required

• Should be able to efficiently process order entries

• Ability to schedule appointments in an organized and timely manner

• Must be able to set up locations as per client requirements

• Must exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Proven problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach

• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; further education in a relevant field is a plus.
