Description

We are seeking a motivated, diligent Customer Service Representative to join our hospitality team. This role is suited to both experienced candidates and recent graduates looking to step into the hospitality sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating positive customer relationships and offering attentive service that exceeds expectations.

Responsibilities:

Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries.

Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

Meeting personal/customer service team sales targets and handling quotas.

Resolving customer complaints, guiding them and providing relevant information.

Greet customers when they arrive and make them feel welcome.

Check customers in and out, and handle cash transactions.

Coordinate with staff about available rooms and special requests.

Requirements

High School Diploma. Additional qualification in hospitality being a plus.

Comfortable using computer systems, and learning new technical applications.

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

Ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
