Are you a service 'champion' who looks to improve and deliver personalized service based on individual customer needs? Robert Half is seeking dedicated Customer Service Representatives to support our clients in the Beaverton area. In these fast-paced office settings, the Customer Service Representative will be responsible for receiving and placing telephone calls and maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed. Customer Service Representative will have excellent communication abilities and strong data entry skills. This position also may require research skills to troubleshoot customer problems. The accomplished Customer Service Representative will have a minimum of one-year experience in a call center and proficiency in data entry, excellent phone and customer service skills, a compassionate demeanor, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask with constant interruption.

Requirements

1+ year customer service experience

Problem solving and conflict resolution skills

Excellent phone skills, including active listening

Ability to multitask

Proficiency with computers and data entry
