About Customer Service Representative

Description We are seeking a Customer Service Representative in the Real Estate Property industry, based in Brooklyn, New York. This role offers a contract employment opportunity in a dynamic and customer-focused environment. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be expected to manage various tasks related to property administration and maintain effective customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inquiries from customers and provide accurate information about properties

• Use the Yardi system effectively for property management tasks

• Process customer credit applications in a timely and accurate manner

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of customer credit information

• Monitor customer credit accounts and take necessary actions for the collection of delinquent payments

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service

• Handle administrative tasks related to property management

• Resolve customer credit inquiries promptly and professionally

• Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and company policies in all tasks. Requirements • Applicant must possess a minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service role, preferably within the Real Estate Property industry.

• Proficiency in the use of the Yardi software system is essential for this role.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to effectively interact with customers and team members.

• Applicant must have a demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach are crucial for this role.

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.

• Applicant must have a strong understanding of the real estate market and property management.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required, a bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.

• Experience with CRM software and database management is a plus.

• Applicant must be able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary for this role.

• Fluency in English is required, fluency in additional languages is a plus.
