Major responsibilities

Handle incoming telephone calls

Retrieve and oversee the sending of written business communications

Deliver outstanding, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

May support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers Requirements - achievement oriented, positive attitude and an approach to work rooted in professionalism

2+ years of past relevant experience

Excellent computer skills

Customer service experience

Deep understanding of Sage Intacct

Purchase Orders experience

Knowledge of order entry

Foundational knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and InsightlyDemonstrated ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers

Customer service and office administrative skills

Critical thinking, problem solving, ability to work independently

No stranger to performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Excellent problem solving skills in Microsoft Office applications
