　　Manage and place incoming telephone calls

　　By being successful in your role, you will facilitate business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

　　Manage the fielding and sending of important written business correspondence Requirements - Strong customer service and office administrative skills

　　Foundational knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly

　　Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Program skills

　　A consistently positive approach to your work that is rooted in a businesslike professionalism

　　Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions

　　Proven experience going the extra mile to solve complex customer inquiries via extensive research

　　1+ years of past relevant experience

　　Basic knowledge in computer software programs and office equipment

　　Demonstrated talents in communicating and interacting with clients/customers, both internal and external

　　Sound written and verbal communication skills

　　Receptionist Duties experience

　　Resolve Customer Service experience preferred

　　Experience with Conflict Resolution

　　Adeptness in Complaint Resolution

　　Customer service experience

　　Account Resolution experience

　　Candidates applying should be Bilingual in Mandarin or Spanish
