　　Your responsibilities in this role

　　By being successful in your role, you will facilitate business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

　　Receive and place telephone calls

　　Field and send written business correspondence

　　Provide accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion Requirements - Positive attitude and an engaging businesslike approach

　　Deep understanding of order entry

　　Resolve Customer Service experience required

　　Comprehensive knowledge of customer service

　　Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing

　　Customer service and office administrative skills

　　Proven knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and InsightlyProficient with diversified computer software and systems

　　Strong technical skills including proficiency with MS Office

　　Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers

　　2+ years' experience with performing in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred

　　Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity

　　Proven experience going the extra mile to solve complex customer inquiries via extensive research
