　　Robert Half is looking for a Customer Service Representative to temporarily support a growing organization in Portland. If you are a people person with a knack for problem-solving, we encourage you to apply!

　　Job Responsibilities:

　　Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives to ensure satisfaction.

　　Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges.

　　Maintain a high level of professionalism with customers and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller.

　　Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies.

　　Keep records of customer interactions and file documents.

　　Follow up on customer interactions.

　　Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

　　Requirements

　　Proven customer support experience over the phone

　　CRM experience preferred

　　Ability to stay patient and controlled in stressful situations.

　　Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers

　　Excellent communication and presentation skills.

　　Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
