Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a remote customer service representative for one of their largest healthcare clients located in Southern California.
Specific Duties:
Answer 50-70 Inbound Calls daily
Resolve Member Inquiries
Provide Copay-Coinsurance information
Provide Authorization status
Provide Network information
Handle Member Complaints
Master internal department workflow processes
Ability to demonstrate Empathy/Compassion
Shift Start/End Time: 8:30 to 5:00 pm Mon-Friday
Skills and Requirements
1 year of call center experience (from a health plan or call center)-Claims knowledge
Eligibility
Risk - payment methodologies (FFS vs CAP)
Ability to attain quality call outcomes - provide 5 star service Bilingual null
