Description:

　　Engaging with customers via phone / email / social media / online chat.

　　Assisting customers with banking related inquiries.

　　Will be responsible for knowing and understanding call policies and procedures.

　　Will assist in performing customer account transactions.

　　Candidates will be expected to aim for first contact resolution.

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　1+ years of experience handling high volume inbound phone calls

　　Strong proficiency in computer based software systems

　　Strong written and verbal communications skills
