　　TDI has immediate opening for an experienced CSR to support our warehouse operations. Process and input Customer orders outbound and inbound. Monitor Inbound/outbound Activity. Trace shipped orders and notify customers of all activity concerning their merchandise. Perform warehouse responsibilties as requested. Run inventory reports to check for product availability. Customer Service must know WMS, Data Entry, Follow Up, Phone calls.
