　　Responsibilities

　　You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the retail sales team

　　Sales - Help customers open up new accounts

　　Collections – Manage delinquent accounts

　　Resolve customer inquiries and complaints, while focusing on customer retention

　　Process customer applications to approve them for an account

　　Track weekly and monthly results for sales and delinquency

　　Help manage the delivery schedule and staff

　　Order new inventory as needed - partner with Store Manager

　　Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns

　　Keep sales floor clean and merchandised

　　Maintain customer files and associated paperwork

　　Document and update customer records based on interactions

　　External marketing to businesses to increase customer base

　　Internal marketing to previous inactive customers

　　Make decisions that are in the best interest of the Customer and the Business

　　The essential functions of this role include:

　　working in a smoke free environment

　　manual lifting up to 30lbs

　　standing for 8 hours at one time

　　working up to 3 hrs of overtime per week
