Recruit, retain and motivate staff to ensure optimumstaffing for the highest levels of customer service. Manage departmentpersonnel matters including delivering performance reviews and coaching.Minimum Requirements Bachelor\'s degree. 5+ years of experience incustomer service operations and or management.
