Our client in Franklin, MA is looking for a motivated customer service candidate to join their team. This is an office role within a logistics company. Shift: Unconfirmed, could be morning or mid shift Pay: $20 per hour If you are interested in this position, please directly!

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email

• Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner

• Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues

• Monitor progress of delivery routes

• Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps

• Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders
