  Description

  This role acts as a field-based marketing/sales function contributing to execute the promotional brand and portfolio strategy in the field in close alignment with the cross-functional field-based account management teams (i.e. Key Account Managers, Medical Scientific Liaisons, Hospital Key Account Managers, Product Managers)

  This role implements project management tactics according to the territory specific needs. This role concentrates on the development, implementation and execution of tailored customer projects that are in line with the promotional portfolio strategy.

  This role contributes to enhancing a strong link and stakeholder network between Janssen and Health Care Professionals (physicians, KOLs, nurses) to optimally engage the right customers in the right projects via the right channel leveraging the opportunities of the portfolio.

  This role coordinates projects within the field-based teams to upscale synergies and ensure execution excellence.

  Job responsibilities

  Identification and development of relevant networks in the TA, x-functional and x-sector – if applicable.

  Monitors and coordinates the customer engagement in collaboration with the cross-functional team to ensure that promotional customer activities across the TA are carried out in a strategic and balanced way.

  Responsible to develop, implement and execute the agreed promotional activities and projects our products in the field leveraging the opportunities of TA portfolio/synergies.

  Leads, implements and executes defined customer projects within the respective TA ensuring best-in-class project execution and strong cross-functional alignment.

  Responsible for the execution of projects with internal and external partners.

  Responsible for building long-term partnerships and act as a multiplier in communication with relevant stakeholders in the TA.

  Works closely with the product managers, key account managers and on behalf of the CVT and proactively contributes to actionable customer projects.

  Acts as an active member of the cross-functional account management teams contributing to solid and actionable account plans that reflect the brand and portfolio strategy.

  Follows a strong customer journey approach and mindset when developing, implementing and executing projects and hence works in close collaboration with the CVT.

  Monitors, analyses and assesses the success of all projects and leads the continuous improvement process within the cross-functional team.

  Accountable to contribute to meet the KPIs of our Customer Interaction Excellence (CJI).

  Demonstrates through attitude and behavior a full customer focus.

  Budget responsibility and budget control for allocated projects.

  Accountable for full compliance of all projects and activities with laws and J&J regulations.

  Role models the Credo.

  All activities are within the framework of the applicable legal requirements.

  Qualifications

  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Life Sciences (BA/BSc or equivalent) or more

  Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience

  Pharmareferentenprüfung or degree in medicine, pharmacy or veterinary medicine

  Demonstrated track record in pharmaceutical sales or marketing

  Demonstrated track record in project management experience

  Solid understanding of the Healthcare environment and pharmaceutical industry

  Fluency in English and German required

  Strong business acumen with sense of urgency
