Kforce has a client in Portland, OR that is seeking a Customer Experience Manager.Responsibilities:
The Customer Experience Manager will provide in-depth explanations regarding the beneficial ownership process and general account question to clients
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate explanations; follow up to ensure resolution
Responds to inbound phone inquiries from clients and making outbound phone requests regarding the client's beneficial ownership information. Making and taking anywhere between 25-35 phone calls per day
Obtain and evaluate all relevant inquiries to keep on top of the project
Maintain client accounts and contacts in our CRM, which may include coordinating information from other departments
Represent Greater Giving in a professional and positive manner
Maintains regular and predictable attendance for scheduled shifts
Responds to inbound phone inquiries from clients and making outbound phone requests regarding the client's beneficial ownership information
The Customer Experience Manager will be making and taking anywhere between 25-35 phone calls per day
Other duties may be assigned
2 years of work experience in a Client Service or an office-related role
Exceptional client service and interpersonal skills, attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to problem solve, remain patient and problem solve
Good with communication, collaboration and time management
Google G-Suite experience a plus
Salesforce experience a plus
Non-profit industry and/or fundraising experience a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
