What a Customer Experience Coordinator does at HP:
Manage Flagship centre calendar scheduling: assigning owners, booking resources, communicating with the requestor, move the visit from Submitted to Confirmed.
Interface with local facilities and security teams to ensure a seamless experience for visitors.
Ensure a world class experience for visitors by (as appropriate) setting up rooms, creating welcome packs and printing labels for events, gathering visit feedback.
Manage day-to-day operations for catering in the Flagship centers.
In-charge of checking Flagship center's physical inventory and updating into inventory tool.
Manage inventory of office supplies and refreshments as appropriate.
Welcome customers, partners and influencers to the centre on arrival, and ensure they are refreshed and comfortable prior to the briefing.
Support Customer Experience Lead team with events as needed.
Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent level of experience.
Expertise in Microsoft Office tools.
Basic understanding of marketing fundamentals and tools.
Familiarity with relevant products/services/solution offering categories in technology company.
Ability to summarize abstract articles and reports.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work as part of a team.
