About Customer Care Specialist

What you will do-

Carry out all duties associated with the Customer Care Support level

Responsible for handling special projects within the department including project ownership, data collection and reporting, managing multiple stakeholder deliverables

Responsible for maintaining partnership with EDI Optimization team, calling them to action on customers to target for electronic ordering or issues with their EDI process

Act as point of Contact for GHX in regards to all electronic ordering initiatives and system knowledge, as well as general ordering maintenance

Primary contact for UAT testing and system enhancement testing in SAP

Assists with SAP reporting and order maintenance to ensure orders flow through the system and do not sit

Participates in some training activities of new and/or temporary employees as well as ongoing training of any new procedures

Assist in writing and maintaining all Customer Care knowledge documents, work instructions and procedures

Subject Matter Expert for SAP, additional order management systems and cross functional procedures

What you need-

High school diploma or equivalent - required

Bachelor’s Degree - preferred

5 years relevant work experience - required

Customer Care Experience - preferred

$24.54 - $43.79 per hour plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
