Earn $21.50 per hour to start and increase your hourly pay to $22.50 within 6 months! Demonstrate reliability and accountability and you could earn career path increases of $1 per hour with each career path progression! To be considered for this role you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, 1-year Customer Service and data entry experience, be computer savvy, proficient with all Microsoft Office applications and Windows Operating System, reliable, flexible, and adaptable to work successfully in a fast-paced environment. As a Customer Care Representative, you will handle phone calls, emails, and web chats according to our quality standards and best practices. Our customers look to you for help placing orders, selecting products, and resolving questions. You will become an expert following our fast-paced, progressive approach to training. What will you be doing? Ensure FAST, responsive customer experiences by being available for and responding to incoming calls, emails, and web chats. Project FRIENDLY attitudes and behaviors on all customer contacts by adhering to quality expectations. Go the extra mile to resolve all customer requests, accurately, on the first contact, to make sure we're EASY to do business with. Support RIGHT, accurate experiences by executing best practices and processes on various transactions including orders, quotes, and returns.
