Job Description:

　　Customer Analyst - Value Channel

　　Newark, NJ

　　The Customer Analyst's main responsibilities are to provide support to the Account Sales team calling on Dollar Tree/Family Dollar. This type of support includes ad-hoc business analysis utilizing syndicated data systems such as Nielsen and RSi, updating Mars Wrigley systems of record, updating Dollar Tree/Family Dollar systems of record as well as financial reporting and analysis functions.

　　What are we looking for?

　　Bachelor's degree2+ years CPG experience inclusive of customer facing sales, sales analytics, marketing, supply, and/or finance revenue managementBusiness analytics & Syndicated data analysis experience (RSi, IRI and/or Nielsen; Scan, Panel, Spectra, etc.)Highly proficient in MS Office with focus in Excel to enable data manipulation (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)Experience leading and applying with broad range of analyses (budgeting tracking, new items, promotions, etc.)

　　What would be your key responsibilities?

　　Updating Mars Wrigley and Dollar Tree/Family Dollar systems of record, including item entry, contract entry, and financial entries (e.g., MWC DSRM, SUPPLIER NET, STIBO, Ariba, etc.)Providing daily product consumption, product sell through, sales, profit, and promotional budget reporting/balancing, as well as post-mortem special event analysisManaging Dollar Tree/Family Dollar retail stocking effortsGuiding the interpretation, use, and implications of analyses to improve business decisions and solutionsCustomizing analyses as appropriate for Dollar Tree/Family Dollar and company
