　　Summary of Duties:

　　Under general supervision, perform custodial tasks to maintain cleanliness and care of facilities within residence halls/apartments/dining. Successful candidates must be willing and able to perform duties associated with commercial cleaning, painting, spackling, wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including operating industrial type cleaning equipment such as high speed buffers, burnishes, shampooers, and vacuum cleaners. Successful candidates must also be willing and able to clean restrooms, classrooms, residence halls, offices, and/or similar facilities, as well as move heavy items such as tables, furniture, cleaning equipment, supplies, and other related cleaning devices. This position requires the ability to physically bend, stoop, lift, and move items weighing up to approximately 50 pounds; to stand and walk continuously throughout the shift and climb and stand on ladders.

　　Minimum age of 18.

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Must possess, or be able to obtain by time of hire, a valid Driver's License.
